PaperCut Hive and PaperCut Pocket: System Maintenance August 2024 PaperCut Hive and Pocket are undergoing planned system maintenance. Organizations will be affected during the following periods:
Australian data center: Starts from Wednesday 31 July for up to three weeks. UK and EU data centers: Starts from Wednesday 7 August for up to two weeks. US data center: Starts from Wednesday 14 August. During this time period, customers’ services should continue uninterrupted. However, in some rare cases, it is possible that some administrator accounts may temporarily be affected. Here’s what you need to know.
Administrator log in Administrators who were invited to organizations in affected data centers during the system maintenance period might have difficulty logging back into PaperCut Hive or Pocket via the PaperCut website Login method (papercut.com > Login) after initial sign up.
If they’re having difficulty, they should use these login URLs to log in from any region:
PaperCut Hive PaperCut Pocket If logins still fail, refer to the system requirements and ensure your firewall is configured with the correct URLs.
Administrator password reset During the system maintenance period, some organization administrators might have difficulty with password resets. In the first instance, they should try to reset their password again to see if that solves the issue.
If they are still having difficulty logging in via a papercut.com login, they should try the relevant PaperCut Hive or Pocket URL listed above instead.
