“How do I find my Customer Reference Number (CRN), or Support ID to receive assistance?”
When raising a support ticket with ourselves or your PaperCut Partner, you may be asked to provide your Customer Reference Number (CRN). This gives us useful information so that we can provide the best possible experience for our customers.
The steps to find your Customer Reference Number will vary depending on which product you are using.
PaperCut NG & MF PaperCut NG & MF customers have a Customer Reference Number and a Support ID. Here’s how you can find it.
Open up a web browser and navigate to the admin login page of your PaperCut server. For example: http://my-papercut-server-IP:9191/admin. Sign in with an admin account. Click on the Help section to find your CRN. Info Note that in older versions of PaperCut this info will be found in the About tab, under the License Info section.
Mobility Print Standalone Mobility Print installations (not linked with NG or MF) will have just a Customer Reference Number. Here’s how you can find it.
