I can’t print from my mobile phone If you are trying to print from your mobile phone and the document is not showing up in the PaperCut app.
Ensure that you are on the same network as the printer you are trying to print from. If you are on the same WiFi network and are still having issues please reach out to us for help.
I can’t view my invitation instructions to download the computer app or connect to my mobile app The invitation email that you’ve received from your administrator is highly likely to be older than a year. We recommend asking for a new invite from your administrator.
I never received an invitation! How do I print? Not all organizations send invitations to their users — some share a link to log into the User Portal instead. (The User Portal is where you can find your Access Code, download the apps, and more.) If you didn’t get an invitation, and aren’t sure how to get started printing, just ask your administrator how to get started.
