Monitoring your IT infrastructure isn’t a new concept, but not everyone thinks to monitor their print infrastructure. The advantages of print monitoring are obvious when you realise that print is a critical service for your users.
Most of the common monitoring tools out there will work with the PaperCut Print System Health Interface. Here are some how to guides for tools that work with PaperCut.
