Scan to Cloud Self-hosted Document Processing (On-premises \ Local \ Private Cloud) Cloud Document Processing Global Entitlements Service Scan to Cloud 17 Jun, 2024 Microsoft apps for scanning to OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online are now publisher verified, for both PaperCut MF and PaperCut Hive. [S2C-950] 6 Jun, 2024 Fixed an issue in PaperCut MF and PaperCut Hive for OneDrive Business where the scan delivery email “Go to your scan” button was missing the link to the delivered folder for scan jobs that contained multiple files, such as batch splitting jobs, and scan jobs that also included metadata xml/json files with the scan file. [CEDU-1871] 4 Apr, 2024 Fixed an issue where some scan jobs to Box were failing delivery. [S2C-949] 7 Mar, 2024 Changed email text encoding to reduce the chance of notification emails being flagged by some spam filters. [CEDU-1725] Added support for the upcoming PaperCut MF subscriptions. [S2C-941] 20 Feb, 2024 Fixed an issue where some newly authorized scan jobs are failing delivery. [S2C-944] 15 Feb, 2024 OneDrive: fixed an issue where handling some errors, such as running out of storage space, could cause delivery delay or failure without a notification email. Add MaxWorkersPerJob as a new config value within C:\Program Files\PaperCut OCR\data\config\config.toml to control the maximum number of workers that can be assigned to each OCR job (Defaults to 1). [PO-452] Version 1.1.14 (4 August 2021) Previously when ‘Searchable PDF’ was turned on in a scan action the PDF file outputted could be larger in size than when ‘Searchable PDF’ was turned off; we have now addressed this issue and turning ‘Searchable PDF’ on should no longer significantly impact the size of the output file. Note: if other options such as despeckle, deskew, or ‘remove blank pages’ are turned on then the PDF produced may still be larger when compared to a file generated without these options on. Note 2: To enable this feature after an auto-update, please edit C:\Program Files\PaperCut OCR\pc-ocr.conf file to include an extra line: Below this line “-engine=v*/pc-ocr-engine.exe”, Add this line “-splice=v*/pc-splice.exe”, This change is not required after a manual install, as your config file will be updated during the install process.
