Enable debug in PaperCut connector for Microsoft Universal Print Steps:
Edit the connector configuration file as an admin, located at [app-path]\providers\universal-print\win\data\conf\pc-upconnector.conf on the main PaperCut server.
Find the line “Debug”: false,
Change the entry to “Debug”: true,
Save the file.
Restart the “PaperCut connector for Microsoft Universal Print” service in Services.msc.
The log file is located in [app-path]\providers\universal-print\win\data\logs.
Info On secondary / site servers the conf file will be in “C:\Program Files\PaperCut connector for Microsoft Universal Print\data\conf”. The log file is in “C:\Program Files\PaperCut connector for Microsoft Universal Print\data\logs”.
