I am seeing the following error message, what does it mean? Email to Print - Error while fetching mail - AUTHENTICATE failed.
If you are seeing this error message after setting up IMAP OAuth for Microsoft Office 365, Office 365, Outlook.com please refer to the article Troubleshooting Email to Print issues when using IMAP OAuth for Microsoft 365, Office 365, Outlook.com.
There are two places you would see this message in the PaperCut Admin console:
Under the Logs tab > Application Log tab Under the Options tab > Mobile & BYOD tab > Email to Print section If you see this error message, it might be related to an issue with the password expiring for the account being used.
To check what account you’re using, log into the PaperCut Admin console > Options > Mobile & BYOD > Email to Print section and make sure the credentials you are using to authenticate are accurate. If the password for that account has been changed recently, you will need to update PaperCut with the new password.
