Q Do you need to see who your biggest users / users who print the most pages are?
In PaperCut MF or NG, head into the admin interface, then head to the Users menu, go to the list of users and sort them by pages and/or jobs. The top of the list is your biggest print user. Does this surprise you?
Click on that user and navigate to the Job Log tab. Use the same tip (click the columns) to sort these too. Maybe there was one big job that accounts for most of their usage? Maybe it was printed on the weekend? Maybe, just maybe, it wasn’t work related…
The above screenshot shows a thumbnail view of User Details including Print Archiving. See our manual on how to setup Print Archiving.
Once you’ve installed your users, check you have the correct users synced with PaperCut.
