Redeeming your top-up card or adding credit to your student account If you have your top-up card number handy, you can log into your own PaperCut system and redeem your card. Although we’d love to be able to offer this through our public website, you’ll need to use your own School / University system to redeem your card:
Log into your PaperCut User web page Hit the ‘Redeem’ link in the left-hand navigation Enter your top-up card number Check that the top-up was applied successfully Note that the links and exact text may differ slightly, if your School/University IT administrator has customized the web page. Additionally, if you don’t see the ‘Redeem Card’ option at all, your IT administrator may have disabled that option. If so you’ll need to reach out to your organisation’s IT or Admin department.
I don’t have a top-up card but I want to add more credit to my account If you don’t see the ‘Redeem’ or ‘Redeem Card’ link on the left when you log in, there may be an ‘Add Credit’ link instead.
Depending on what methods of payment your organization or school has enabled, you may be able to add credit to your PaperCut account through PayPal or other card-based payment systems. However, since these are all optionally configured by your organization or school, you’ll have to have a chat with your IT or Administration department if you don’t see any of these options.
How do I find my login? If you’re trying to log into PaperCut, but you’re not sure where to go, check out the I’m a Student/User - How do I log in? article.
What if I’m an Admin at my local School/College/University? If you’re looking to implement top-up cards at your organization, you can take a look through the functionality on the Top-up Cards tour page. You can also check out the manual pages for Top-up Cards and in depth steps on how to Create New Cards as an Admin.
