Q Can I get an extension on the standard PaperCut NG trial period?
Yes. We are always happy to extend the standard 40-day trial period offered with PaperCut on request. We are keen to ensure our potential customers are 100% happy before committing to purchase. To request an extension, please contact our Sales team. Please include:
The full organization name The edition of PaperCut current being evaluated The number of users on the network All extension requests will be responded to within 24 hours, and we’re more than happy to assist you in whatever way we can. Please don’t steal PaperCut! We’re a small technically focused company and rely on software sales to fund development and make PaperCut an even better solution.
Q What happens when my PaperCut NG license runs out?
PaperCut will continue to function, track and you will not delete any data. The system will simply prevent admin level login until a valid license is installed. The system provides warning messages when you are close to the end of the license or evaluation period.
Q What about PaperCut MF?
For extensions to PaperCut MF trials, you’ll need to contact your PaperCut MF Partner. They’re the ones who set up the original trial for you, so hopefully you’re already in contact!
