On the surface PaperCut is a simple-to-use application that is easy to setup and maintain. There are many powerful features in PaperCut, or complex environments, where great benefit can be achieved with intelligent implementation. PaperCut has a network of certified resellers that provide professional services. Organizations can utilize the services to tap into knowledge and experience to maximise outcomes and minimise project risk.
The professional services guide has been primarily developed to assist our certified resellers. We have also chosen to make this publicly available to inform our end-users of the range of services offered and their value.
Professional Services are provided by all Authorized Solution Centers (ASCs) and resellers.
Services cover pre-installation planning, installation, configuration and training. Many services are offered on-site, while others are done with remote assistance technologies and communication. To ensure the services are provided at the expected level, engage with a technically certified PaperCut reseller/professional.
