Upgrading your PaperCut License

If your current PaperCut NG license is not valid for the version of PaperCut you want to upgrade to (e.g. you want to run version 23.0 but your license is for version 21.0) you may want to upgrade your license. This is easy and can be done using our online order system for a small upgrade fee. If you’re using PaperCut MF and you want to either upgrade your license or renew your subscription, you’ll need to contact your PaperCut Partner. For most countries this is your Sub-Reseller or Reseller depending on your contract. Take a look at your Help tab (About tab in older versions) in the PaperCut admin interface if you’re unsure who this is - that should contain the contact information under the ‘Sales contact’ section.
