In situations where the number of PaperCut NG users has dramatically decreased, you can apply to PaperCut to have the number of users licensed reduced.
We can reduce the user count however:
PaperCut will offer no refund for users purchased (unless this was an incorrect license purchased in which the return policy would be in play). If for some reason you need to add users back to their license this will be done at normal prices (no discount will be given to those that have reduced their user count in the past). The request must be in writing through sales@papercut.com
